What are your carriage charges?

Standard Delivery Charge will be applied at point of invoice. Some deliveries will be exempt from the standard delivery charge and will be charged at the cost of packaging and shipping - these prices are detailed below
Up to 3kg = £17.90 per consignment
Up to 25kg = £35.00 per consignment
Up to 60kg = £55.00 per consignment
Up to 100kg = £79.00 per consignment
Greater than 100kg costs on request

Can you invoice and deliver outside of the UK?

We can only process order whereby the invoice and delivery are within the United Kingdom.
Carlo Gavazzi is a worldwide organisation so please speak with us and we will give you the information of an office in another country that can handle your order requirements.

What are your standard dispatch times?

90% of all items are held in stock at any one point in time; therefore delivery is normally 24-48 hours from receipt of order if the item is in stock. How can I pay for an item?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta debit/credit cards, cheque or BACs payments alternatively; you can apply for a credit account subject to terms and conditions. Please note however, we don’t accept American Express credit cards.

What is your Returns Policy?

No material will be accepted for return without a valid returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by calling our sales department on 01276 854110. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Can I place an order online?

We do not provide online order processing, please email your order to sales@carlogavazzi.co.uk or fax 01276 682140.

Can I collect my order?

If you need any item urgently, please talk to us so that we can refer you to a local distributor who may have the item available on their shelf.
